Cardio kickboxing +
Morning:
Mon/ Wed/ Fri 8:15 am Sat- 8:15am
Evening:
Mon/ Tue/Thurs 5pm

Our Cardio Kickboxing classes are fun, engaging & great for people of all levels. No exp. necessary. Movements can be modified to fit those just starting or those wanting to push harder. We use everything from bags to weights, bands, kettlebells, & more. A great group of fun supportive students will make you come back again & again. 

Bootcamp
Thursday @5pm

A diverse class with resistance & cardio training. Like our kickboxing class, all moves can be modified from beginners to advanced. Instructors use a variety of techniques from HIIT, to stations, drills & much more.

Yoga / Qi gong
